anticipation

Just one more day, and I'll be on a plane out of here. I honestly don't know how people manage to go years without taking a vacation - if I didn't have my summers off, I'd go mad. It'll be nice to see friends again - seems like almost everyone I care about has been scattered over the globe these past few years.

I'm definitely NOT looking forward to spending what amounts to two freakin' days on a plane, but c'est la vie. I just hope I don't startle anyone once I finally land in Dallas - I'm pretty sure I'll look more zombie than human at that stage.
